About Brittany…

Brittany is extremely knowledgeable about food, its sources, nutrition, benefits and detriments.  Her own photos evidence her dedication to living a healthy life; I appreciate that I can see how she herself lives out the principles she advocates.  She consistently displays encouragement and positivity, and shows a high level of care for my well-being.  Brittany’s plan is specifically tailored to my needs and circumstances, and her unfailingly supportive attitude makes a daunting task feel manageable.   Each plan is very specific and direct.  The food is delicious, without being overly complicated (I am no Julia Child and my measuring cups were dusty before this!).   Entrusting your eating habits to another person can feel unnerving at first, and I feel blessed to have Brittany’s expert guidance with what I have come to believe is sacred work.

About Dennis…

Dennis’ resume as a competitor, athlete and lifelong student of physiology including formal medical training, speaks for itself.  On a personal level, Dennis has a gentle yet direct and firm communication style.  This makes him a pleasure to work with, despite that he daily sets forth tasks for me that I do not believe I can do!   Dennis has worked with spectacular athletes so his patience with me, the ultimate novice, is noteworthy.   Working with Dennis has increased my physical well-being dramatically in just a few months, and my growing strength makes me more confident each day.   In nine weeks (about 27 workouts for me) we have not repeated any single exercise more than 2 or 3 times.  The variety of moves and engagement of various muscle groups is building my core strength and coordination in ways I could never have achieved on my own.  Dennis’ passion for this work shines through: he is truly an artist, a sculptor of men and women.
